13 apartment buildings arranged in a terraced block structure
Limhamn is a popular neighbourhood, located next to the Öresund, with abundant greenery and its own local centre. At the heart of the neighbourhood, we have designed 13 apartment buildings.
The buildings range from four to eight storeys and are arranged in a terraced block structure, with each volume given its own distinct expression. The façades are clad in brick facing the street, while simpler panel materials are used towards the courtyard.
The project comprises 174 homes ranging from two to five rooms. The apartments feature balconies, roof terraces or private gardens. Residents also have access to a 1,200 m² underground parking garage.
The typical floor plan is organised into four identical quadrants with six different apartment types. A rational structural system and a high degree of repetition ensured efficiency in both design and construction.
